"Those girls you've got back there," Kate Gosselin told Barbara Walters as the duo shook hands to introduce themselves and Walters complimented Kate Gosselin's soft blond curls.

Until ABC posts the pics of Kate Gosselin's new hairstyle (doesn't look like a new hair cut, per se, just soft curls in her sharp cut) -- you'll have to look for the video of The View's full episodes here on ABC's site, but today's The View show -- Tuesday, September 15, 2009 -- probably won't be up till later that same day.

Hopefully Kate can replicate this same new hair style with her hairdressers once she leaves The View -- and maybe it'll soften her persona up more, too.
